摘要
目的:探讨不同视频终端阅读界面及亮度对大学生调节功能影响的差异。方法:设置电脑、手机和纸张阅读界面,选取50名志愿者,分别进行两种不同亮度的电脑以及手机阅读,测试受试者调节反应。比较青年大学生短暂电脑及手机阅读前后,调节幅度、集合近点、AC/A、调节滞后量的差异。结论:相较于电脑屏幕阅读,青年大学生在阅读手机后集合近点增大(P <0.01),调节滞后量增大(P <0.01),调节幅度和AC/A变化的差异无统计学。电脑屏幕高亮度阅读和电脑屏幕护眼亮度阅读后的调节幅度、集合近点、AC/A、调节滞后量的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电脑屏幕阅读和手机阅读后大学生调节功能的变化有显著区别,手机阅读后大学生调节功能降低更甚。电脑屏幕护眼亮度对调节功能并无明显保护作用。
Objective To explore the differences in the influence of different video terminal reading interfaces and brightness on college students'adjustment function.Methods Set up the computer,mobile phone and paper reading interface,select50volunteers,and read the computer with two different brightness and mobile phone to test the subject's response.Compared with the short-term computer and mobile phone reading of young college students,the difference between adjustment range,near point,AC/A and adjustment delay.Conclusion Compared with computer screen reading,the young college students increased the near-point increase after reading the mobile phone(P<0.01),and the adjustment hysteresis increased(P<0.01).The difference between the adjustment amplitude and the AC/A change was not statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the adjustment range,near point,AC/A,and adjustment hysteresis after reading the brightness of the computer screen and the brightness of the computer screen.(P>0.05).Conclusion There is a significant difference between the adjustment function of college students after computer screen reading and mobile phone reading.After the mobile phone reading,the adjustment function of college students is even worse.The brightness of the computer screen eye protection does not have a significant protective effect on the adjustment function.
