水轮机的调速器是水电站的核心控制设备,调速器的核心任务之一就是要对机组的频率进行精准稳定的控制。水轮机的调速器的稳定性就是调节系统的稳定状态的能力,是对调速器静态特性的要求,调速器的"转速死区"必须满足要求。
The governor of hydraulic turbine is the core control equipment of hydropower station.One of the core tasks of the governor is to control the frequency accurately and stably.The stability of the governor of the turbine is the ability to adjust the stability of the system.It is the requirement for the static characteristic of the governor,and the speed dead zone of the governor must meet the requirements.
