摘要
瞄准国家及江苏省智能电网、新能源产业规模日益增大、技术交叉密集、产品高度集成导致的高端复合型人才紧缺的发展现状,论文以南京工程学院电气工程专业学位硕士培养为例,分析总结了校企联合培养的探索与实践,培养基础扎实、素质全面、工程实践能力强并具有一定创新能力的应用型、复合型高层次工程技术和工程管理人才,在同类院校中具有一定的示范性和推广价值。
Aiming at the development status of the high-end compound talents shortage caused by the national and jiangsu smart grid,the increasing scale of new energy industry,the overlapping technology and high integration of products.This paper takes the electrical engineering specialty of Nanjing Institute of Technology as an example to analyze and summarize the exploration and practice of school-enterprise joint cultivation.The university cultivate applied and interdisciplinary high-level engineering technology and engineering management talents with solid foundation,comprehensive quality,strong engineering practice ability and certain innovation ability,which has certain demonstration and promotion value in the same kind of colleges and universities.
