摘要
高职院校对现代学徒制人才培养模式的改革和探索,是培养创新型人才的重要途径。本文结合罗定职业技术学院机电一体化专业探索现代学徒制的经验和教训,归纳现代学徒制在高职院校的创新模式,总结现代学徒制的特点,剖析开展现代学徒制探索过程中遇到的问题,并提出对策以及创新性的应用模式,为提升高职院校培养创新型人才的有效性提供参考。
The reform and exploration of the modern apprenticeship training mode is an important way to cultivate innovative talents.This paper combines the experience and lessons of modern apprenticeship with the mechatronics major of Luoding Vocational and Technical College,summarizes the innovative mode of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges,summarizes the characteristics of modern apprenticeship,and analyzes the process of exploring modern apprenticeship.The problem,and propose countermeasures and innovative application models,provide reference for improving the effectiveness of training innovative talents in higher vocational colleges.
