阐述了我国民用无人机发展现状,回顾了国内近年来3起典型无人机违规飞行事件,从影响军民航飞行安全、泄露国家和军队秘密、造成政治影响、实施恐怖活动4个方面阐述了民用无人机违规飞行对空防安全可能造成的威胁,有针对性的提出了对策建议。

This paper expounds the current situation of the development of civilian UAV in our country.By reviewing the typical irregular flight incidents in recent years,the paper analyzes the threat of civil UAV flight violation to the air defense security from four aspects and put forward the target suggestions at the end.
