摘要
食品生产车间作为加工场所,必须保持清洁卫生,而其中一些特殊的加工环节,则要求更为严格,必须对车内空气中的微生物含量进行有效控制。质监总局从2002年开始对食品生产企业实施生产许可证管理,对食品生产企业的要求中包括了对生产车间卫生的要求。而要保证车间的卫生,则必须对车间空气进行消毒。传统的消毒方法和一些新型的消毒方法有很多,本文对食品企业生产车间的常用的一些车间空气消毒方法进行了分析和对比,阐明其工作的原理、作用及其优缺点,以供食品企业参考选用。
Food production workshops must be kept clean and hygienic as processing sites.Some of the special processing links require stricter requirements.The microbial content in the air inside the vehicle must be effectively controlled.Since 2002,the General Administration of Quality Supervision has implemented production license management for food production enterprises.The requirements for food production enterprises include requirements for the hygiene of production workshops.To ensure the hygiene of the workshop,the air in the workshop must be disinfected.There are many traditional disinfection methods and some new disinfection methods.This paper analyzes and compares some common air disinfection methods in the production workshops of food enterprises,and clarifies the principles,functions,advantages and disadvantages of their work,for reference by food companies.Use.
