建设项目对生态影响的评价及补偿措施——以旭强新能源响水100MWp光伏发电项目对珍禽保护区的生态影响专题为例

Evaluation and Compensation Measures of Ecological Impact of Construction Project——Study the Ecological Impact of the 100mwp Photovoltaic Power Generation Project of Xuqiang New Energy on Rare Birds Protection

本文以江苏旭强新能源科技有限公司在江苏省盐城珍禽保护区立项投资的100 MWp太阳能光伏发电项目为例,对项目建设过程对保护区及主要保护对象、保护区内植被和野生动物多样性、自然景观以等产生的影响进行了分析,并提出了相应生态补偿措施。

This paper takes the 100 MWp solar photovoltaic power generation project initiated and invested by Jiangsu xuqiang new energy technology co.,ltd.in Yancheng Rare Birds Protection Area,jiangsu province as an example.The impacts were analyzed on the protected areas and the main protected objects,the vegetation and wildlife diversity in the protected area,and the natural landscape during the construction of the project.And the corresponding ecological compensation measures are proposed.
