摘要
学科评估对促进学科发展和学科建设具有重要的作用。由教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心组织的全国第四轮学科评估于2016年4月启动,2017年2月公布评估结果。对第四轮学科评估的指标体系进行分析后发现,对比上一轮学科评估指标体系,第四轮学科评估指标体系在关注人才培养质量、凸显学科特色等诸多方面有显著进步,但同时也存在一些问题。在未来的学科评估中,应当及时公布下一轮评估指标体系并做出详细说明,制定合理的中文期刊指标,合理分配"归属度"权重,对开设数量较少的学科给予特殊支持,评估结果要慎重与政府拨款挂钩。
Disciplinary evaluation plays an important role in promoting the development of disciplines.The fourth round disciplinary evaluation organized by the China Academic Degrees&Graduate Education Development Center was launched in April 2016,and the results of the evaluation were published in February2017.This paper analyzes the index system of the fourth round of disciplinary evaluation,and finds that,compared with the third round disciplinary evaluation index system,the fourth round disciplinary evaluation index system has made great progress in paying attention to the quality of personnel training and highlighting the characteristics of the discipline.But at the same time,it also brought some problems.This paper argues that,in the future evaluation of the discipline,it is necessary to promptly announce the next round evaluation index system,and make a detailed explanation,formulate reasonable Chinese journal indicators,allocate the“attribution”weight reasonably,give special support for disciplines with a small quantity,and link the results of the evaluation with the government grants carefully,etc.
