Research on the Change of Subject Evaluation Index Systems

通过回顾四轮学科评估发展历程,探究学科评估发展的基本特点;同时以教育部学位中心先后组织的共计四轮学科评估的指标体系为研究对象,从队伍与资源、科学研究、人才培养、学科声誉四个部分对指标体系历史变迁进行深入分析,对指标体系中重点指标及内涵变化进行说明,解读新时期学科发展需求,为相关高校和学科提供参考及建议。

This paper reviews the development process of the four rounds of subject evaluation,and explores the basic characteristics of the development of subject evaluation.At the same time,it takes the index systems of the four rounds of subject evaluation organized by the Degree Center of the Ministry of Education as the research object,which includes four departments team and resources,scientific research,personnel training and discipline reputation,to analyze the historical changes of the index system,explain the key indicators and connotation changes in the index system,interpret the development needs of disciplines in the new era,and provide references and suggestions for relevant universities and disciplines.
