中西医结合方案缓解上环后不规则阴道出血引起睡眠质量下降的临床效果分析

The Clinical Effect Analysis of the Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine to Alleviate the Sleep Quality Decline Caused by Irregular Vaginal Bleeding After the Upper Ring

目的:分析讨论中西医结合方案缓解上环后不规则阴道出血引起睡眠质量下降的疗效。方法:选取2017年3月至2018年3月福州市仓山区妇幼保健院收治的上环后不规则阴道出血患者60例,按照其就诊顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组使用阿莫西林胶囊进行治疗,观察组联合阿莫西林胶囊及宫环养血颗粒进行治疗,经过治疗后,比较分析2组患者的治疗效果、睡眠质量、生命质量以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率96. 67%显著高于对照组的76. 67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组生理机能、情感状况、躯体疼痛及精神状况评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组不良反应总发生率6. 67%显著低于对照组的30. 00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:中西医结合治疗上环后不规则阴道出血的治疗效率较好,有助于尽快止血,改善临床表现,提升睡眠质量。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on the reduction of sleep quality caused by irregular vaginal bleeding after the superior ring.Methods:A total of60cases from March2017to March2017in fuzhou cangshan district maternal and child health care hospital with irregular vaginal bleeding after ring were enrolled,in order of their visits were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30cases in each group,control group use amoxicillin capsule treatment,observe the combination of amoxicillin capsules and GongHuan yangxue particles treatment,after treatment,the curative effect of comparative analysis of two groups patients,sleep quality,quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of96.67%in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,emotional state,physical pain and mental state in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was6.67%,significantly lower than that in the control group(30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of irregular vaginal bleeding after sheung wan has a good therapeutic efficiency,which is helpful to stop bleeding as soon as possible,improve clinical manifestations and improve sleep quality.
