围绝经期妇女更年期症状与睡眠质量的关系探讨

Study on the Relationship Between Climacteric Symptoms and Sleep Quality in Perimenopausal Women

目的:分析围绝经期妇女更年期症状与睡眠质量的关系。方法:选取2017年2月至2018年2月福建省立医院妇产科收治的围绝经期妇女患者98例作为研究对象,使用医院自制的围绝经期妇女更年期症状与睡眠质量的关系调查表、SAS焦虑情况调查表以及PSQI睡眠质量评价量表对所有的患者进行问卷调查,并统计围绝经期妇女更年期症状中与睡眠质量的关系。结果:98例患者中有29例患者的睡眠质量较差。患者的年龄、工作、经济状况及潮热出汗、焦虑抑郁等更年期症状是影响患者的睡眠质量的重要因素,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:围绝经期妇女患者存在睡眠质量低下的情况较多,其中患者的更年期症状中的潮热出汗、焦虑抑郁症状与患者睡眠质量关系密切。

Objective:To analyze the relationship between climacteric symptoms and sleep quality in perimenopausal women.Methods:Preliminary information collection will be carried out on perimenopausal women patients treated in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Fujian Provincial Hospitall from February2017to February2018.A total of98of them were selected as the subjects of this study.The relationship between menopausal symptoms and sleep quality of perimenopausal women was investigated by self-made questionnaire and SAS anxiety.Questionnaire and PSQI Sleep Quality Assessment Scale were used to investigate all patients,and the relationship between climacteric symptoms and sleep quality in perimenopausal women was analyzed.Results:Twenty-nine of98patients had poor sleep quality.Age,work,economic status and climacteric symptoms such as hot flashes,sweating,anxiety and depression are important factors affecting sleep quality of patients,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perimenopausal women suffer from poor sleep quality.Among them,hot flashes,sweating,anxiety and depression are important factors affecting the sleep quality of patients with menopausal symptoms.
