采用综合护理进行儿童多导睡眠监测的护理效果观察

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Sleep Disorder in Children and Study on Effective Nursing Methods of Polysomnography Monitoring

目的:分析综合护理进行儿童多导睡眠监测的效果。方法:选取选取2017年10月至2018年10月蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的睡眠障碍患儿74例,随机分为观察组(n=39)和对照组(n=35),观察组采用综合护理,对照组采用常规护理,回顾性分析儿童睡眠障碍的影响因素;比较2组护理的效果。结果:监测到影响因素65例,占87. 84%;其中,因睡眠呼吸障碍所致者37例,占56. 92%;肢体异常活动10例,占15. 83%。经治疗和护理后,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组患儿家属总满意度显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:睡眠呼吸障碍是儿童睡眠障碍的主要原因。在多导睡眠监测下行综合性护理,能够有效改善患儿睡眠质量,改善护患关系。

Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of sleep disorder in children and the different nursing methods and effects in polysomnography monitoring.Methods:A total of74children with sleep disorder admitted to Pediatrics Department of Bengbu First People′s Hospital were selected and analyzed retrospectively.In addition,35cases of routine nursing were used as the routine group,and39cases of comprehensive nursing were used as the research group to compare the effect of nursing between the two groups.Results:PSQI score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction of the families of the children in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sleep apnea disorder is the main cause of sleep disorder in children,and comprehensive nursing under polysomnography can effectively improve sleep quality and nurse-patient relationship in children.
