有氧运动锻炼对尿毒症血液透析患者睡眠质量及不良情绪的作用分析

Analysis of the Effect of Aerobic Exercise on Sleep Quality and Bad Mood in Hemodialysis Patients with Uremia

目的:探询尿毒症血液透析患者实施有氧运动锻对睡眠质量及不良情绪的作用。方法:选取2017年7月至2018年7月常州市武进人民医院肾内科收治的尿毒症血液透析患者80例,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组施以常规护理,观察组则在对照组基础之上增设有氧运动锻炼,观察2组SDS评分、PQSI评分以及STS-5时间参数并进行比较。结果:观察组在干预2个月及4个月SDS评分相较对照组而言,数据更低(P <0. 05);观察组在干预2个月及4个月PQSI评分远高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组在干预2个月及4个月STS-5时间与对照组比较,时间更短(P <0. 05)。结论:采用有氧运动锻炼对尿毒症血液透析患者作用甚佳,可极大程度疏解不良情绪,睡眠质量有明显提高以及肌力有显著改善,病情康复进程得以加快。

Objective:Investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on sleep quality and adverse emotions in uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of80patients with hemodialysis patients with uremia in the outpatient department from From July2017to July2018were selected for the study.The random number table method was used as the control group and the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group added oxygen exercise exercise on the basis of the control group.The SDS score,PQSI score and STS-5time parameters were observed and compared.Results:The SDS scores of the observation group at the 2nd and4th months of intervention were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the PQSI scores of the observation group were much higher than the 2nd and4th months of intervention.In the control group(P<0.05);in the observation group,the STS-5time at the 2nd and4th months of intervention was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aerobic exercise has a very good effect on hemodialysis patients with uremia,which can greatly relieve bad mood,improve sleep quality and significantly improve muscle strength,and accelerate the recovery process.
