睡眠质量与糖尿病前期患者临床转归的相关性研究

Correlation between Sleep Quality and Clinical Outcomes in Patients with Prediabetes

目的:探讨睡眠质量与糖尿病前期患者近期临床转归的相关性。方法:选取2014年10月至2015年10月福建医科大学附属第二医院体检筛查糖尿病前期患者515例,随访3年,观察患者转归情况。对患者进行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)测试,将515例患者分为睡眠质量差组(n=320),需服用安眠药助眠组(n=150),睡眠质量良好组(n=45),分析睡眠质量与疾病转归的相关性。结果:1) 3年随访结果显示,2型糖尿病173例,糖耐量异常147例,空腹血糖受损24例,糖耐量异常合并空腹血糖受损17例,正常糖耐量154例;睡眠质量差组、需安眠药助眠组的糖尿病发生率明显高于睡眠质量良好组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 2)通过对相关影响因素分析发现,糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、空腹血糖、睡眠质量与2型糖尿病发生密切相关。结论:糖尿病前期患者容易形成2型糖尿病,睡眠质量越差者糖尿病风险越高。延长睡眠时间,提高睡眠质量对控制血糖,降低糖尿病发生率有重要作用。

Objective:To study the correlation between sleep quality and clinical outcome in pre-diabetic patients.Methods:From October2014to October2015,515pre-diabetic patients were screened by physical examination in the second affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University and followed up for3years.Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index(PSQI)test was carried out.515patients were divided into two groups:sleep quality group(n=320),sleep aid group(n=150)and good sleep quality group(n=45).The correlation between sleep quality and disease outcome was analyzed.Results:The results of3-year follow-up showed that173cases of type2diabetes mellitus147cases of abnormal glucose tolerance24cases of impaired fasting blood glucose17cases of impaired glucose tolerance and154cases of normal glucose tolerance.The incidence of diabetes in poor sleep quality group and sleeping aid group was significantly higher than that in good sleep quality group(P<0.05).2)it was found that glycosylated hemoglobin,cholesterol,fasting blood glucose and sleep quality were closely related to type2diabetes mellitus.Conclusion:Pre-diabetic patients are prone to develop type2diabetes,the worse the sleep quality,the higher the risk of diabetes.Prolonging sleep time and improving sleep quality play an important role in controlling blood sugar and reducing the incidence of diabetes mellitus.
