术前多形式沟通对择期手术患者睡眠状态及负性情绪的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Preoperative Multimodal Communication for the Sleep State and Negative Emotion of Patients with Selective Operation

目的:研究与观察术前多形式沟通对择期手术患者睡眠状态及负性情绪的影响。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年6月攀枝花市中心医院收治的择期手术患者98例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组进行常规沟通,观察组则进行术前多形式沟通。比较2组干预前后的睡眠状态(AIS评分)及负性情绪状态(PANAS量表及Zung量表)。结果:干预前2组患者的AIS评分、PANAS量表及Zung量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),干预后观察组患者的AIS评分、PANAS量表及Zung量表评分均好于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:术前多形式沟通对择期手术患者睡眠状态及负性情绪的影响更为积极,在择期手术患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To study and observe the influence of preoperative multimodal communication for the sleep state and negative emotion of patients with selective operation.Methods:A total of98patients with selective operation during the time of June2017to June2018were randomly divided into control group49cases and observation group49cases.The control group were with routine communication,the observation group were with preoperative multimodal communication.Then the sleep state(AIS score)and negative emotion(PANAS scale and Zung scale)of two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results:The results of AIS score,PANAS scale and Zung scale of two groups before the intervention were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the results of AIS score,PANAS scale and Zung scale of observation group after the intervention were all better than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influence of preoperative multimodal communication for the sleep state and negative emotion of patients with selective operation is more active,and its application value in the patients with selective operation is higher.
