综合优质护理干预对脑卒中睡眠障碍患者动态血压、睡眠质量及满意度的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Quality Nursing Intervention on Dynamic Blood Pressure,Sleep Quality and Satisfaction of Stroke Patients with Sleep Disorders

目的:分析综合优质护理干预应用于脑卒中睡眠障碍患者中对其动态血压、睡眠质量和满意度的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年1月中国科技大学附属第一医院神经内科收治的存在睡眠障碍的脑卒中患者110例,按照随机数字表将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。比较2组护理前后的动态血压、睡眠质量以及患者对护理的满意度。结果:观察组的夜间平均收缩压、夜间平均舒张压、夜间脉压、晨起收缩压均低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组的护理满意率高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:应用综合优质护理干预有利于维持脑卒中睡眠障碍患者的血压稳定,改善睡眠质量,并可提高护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effects of comprehensive quality nursing intervention on dynamic blood pressure,sleep quality and satisfaction in stroke patients with stroke.Methods:A Total of110stroke patients with sleep disorders were enrolled From Jan2017to Jan2018in our hospital.The dynamic blood pressure,sleep quality and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The mean NSBP,NDBP,NPP and morning SBP were lower in the observation group than in the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive quality nursing intervention is conducive to maintaining blood pressure stability,improving sleep quality and improving nursing satisfaction in patients with stroke and sleep disorders.
