护理干预对胸外科患者术后睡眠障碍的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Sleep Disorder after Thoracic Surgery

目的:观察护理干预对胸外科患者术后睡眠障碍的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年11月福建医科大学附属第一医院胸外科收治的患者98例作为研究对象,依据住院号的单双号情况分为护理干预组(n=51)和常规护理组(n=47),患者均行手术治疗后予以不同护理措施。常规护理组予以常规护理,护理干预组予以全面护理干预。而后比较2组患者睡眠质量评分、心理健康状况。结果:护理干预组睡眠质量评分、心理健康状况与常规护理组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:护理干预对胸外科患者术后睡眠障碍的影响颇深,可以将此护理措施广泛应用于胸外科术后护理。

Objective:To observe the effect of nursing intervention on sleep disorder after thoracic surgery.Methods:From January2017to November2018,98patients in thoracic surgery department of our hospital were selected as study samples.All patients were given different nursing measures after operation.The patients were divided into nursing intervention group(n=51)and routine nursing group(n=47)according to the single or double number of hospitalization number.Routine nursing group was given routine nursing,while nursing intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Then the sleep quality score and mental health status of the two groups were compared.Results:There were significant differences in sleep quality score and mental health status between nursing intervention group and routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention has a profound influence on sleep disorder after thoracic surgery,and this nursing measure can be widely used in post-thoracic surgery nursing.:
