穴位按摩缓解牙疼的对照研究

A comparative study of acupoint massage in alleviating toothache

目的探究穴位按摩缓解牙疼的效果。方法根据自行设计的口腔疼痛评定量表,在口腔科候诊室随机选取在此之前未采取过能缓解或治疗牙疼措施的病人进行评定,对其进行穴位按摩后再次评定,对比前后疼痛分数的变化。结果经穴位按摩后的疼痛分数明显低于按摩前(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩在一定程度上能有效缓解牙疼。

Objective To explore the situation of acupuncture point massage to relieve toothache.Methods According to the dental pain rating scale designed by ourselves,we selected patients who had not taken any measures to cure toothache before in the waiting room.And we let them be assessed again after acupuncture point massage.We compared the pain scores assessed before and the after.Results After acupuncture point massage,the pain scores assessed were obviously lower than before(P<0.05).Conclusion Hegu acupuncture point massage can relieve the toothache.
