牙隐裂伴慢性根尖周炎一次性根管治疗的短期疗效观察

Short-term clinical observation on the effect of one-visit endodontic treatment for chronic apical periodontitis caused by cracked teeth

目的观察分析一次性根管治疗术对隐裂牙所致慢性根尖周炎的疗效。方法随机选取2016年2月～2017年11月来我院诊断为牙隐裂伴慢性根尖周炎的患者62例作为研究对象,采用一次性根管治疗术+修复体修复,在术后1 d,1个月进行随访,记录术后反应情况,6个月后行影像学复查,分析短期疗效。观察术后反应和短期治愈情况。结果一次性根管治疗术治疗隐裂性慢性根尖周炎,在术后1 d,1个月,6个月治疗成功率100%,未出现隐裂纹加深和牙折裂。结论一次性根管治疗术治疗隐裂性根尖周炎具有较高的治疗成功率,能够有效防止牙折裂,是理想的治疗方法。

Objective Observation and Analysis of the Clinical Effect of One-time Root Canal Therapy on Chronic apical periodontitis Caused by Cracked Teeth.Methods Randomly selected cases diagnosed as chronic apical periodontitis,caused by cracked teeth,62cases in our hospital,from February 2016 to November 2017,All patients were followed up after 1day and 1 month of the endodontic treatment and restoration.Postoperative reaction was recorded.Imaging examination was performed 6 months later to analyze the short-term effect.The postoperative reaction and short-term cure were observed.Results One-time root canal therapy was used to chronic apical periodontitis,caused by cracked tooth.The successful rate was 100 at 1 day,1 month,and 6 months after operation.There were no cryptic crack deepening and tooth fracture.Conclusion One-visit endodontic treatment for chronic apical periodontitis,caused by cracked tooth,has a high success rate and can effectively prevent thefracture of the tooth,so it is an ideal treatment.
