嵌体与桩核冠修复不同程度缺损前磨牙残冠效果分析

Effect of inlay and post-core crown on restoration of residual crown of premolars with different degrees of defect

目的分析、阐述嵌体与桩核冠修复不同程度缺损前磨牙残冠效果。方法选取2017年4月～2018年6月我院收治的前磨牙残冠患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机划分为观察组与对照组。观察组患者采取桩核冠修复,对照组采取嵌体修复,对比两组患者修复效果。结果观察组患者修复成功率为96.7%,对照组患者修复成功率为80.0%,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者临床效果评估明显差于对照组,两组患者前磨牙残冠临床评估结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论嵌体修复只适用在牙齿缺损,但存在着健康牙髓组织的患牙,桩核冠修复方式,则需要借助剩余的残根,实现大面积冠状修复。不同程度缺损前磨牙残冠修复,核冠修复技术应用效果更为显著。

Objective To analyze and elaborate the effect of inlay and post-core crown in repairing the residual crown of premolars with different degrees of defect.Methods 60 patients with residual crown of premolar treated in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the observation group were repaired with post-core crowns,while the patients in the control group were repaired with inlays.Results The success rate of the observation group was 96.7%,and that of the control group was 80.0%.The observation group was better than the control group.The difference of data between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect evaluation of patients in the control group was significantly worse than that in the control group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the results of clinical evaluation of premolar residual crown(P>0.05).Conclusion Inlay restorations are only suitable for dental defects,but there are healthy pulp tissues in the affected teeth.The post-core crown restorations need to use residual roots to achieve large-scale coronal restorations.The application effect of nuclear crown restoration technology is more remarkable in the restoration of residual crown of premolars with different degrees of defect.
