摘要 探索和实践地方高校与各领域协同培养的创新模式尤为重要,通常从“内部协同”和“外部协同”探讨工科学生实践创新能力的协同培养模式。通过专业内部协同、不同部门和学科之间的交叉、现代仪器设备与实验教学协同、课内外科技活动探索“内部协同”;通过产学研基地与生产实习基地协同、教师科研项目与教学课堂协同、引进企业设备资源协同和引进专家、双导师制协同实现“外部协同”,形成多方位、复合结构、立体化的专业协同培养模式。 It is especially important to explore and practice innovative models of local universities and various fields on collaborative cultivation.“Internal Collaboration”and“External Collaboration”are two special ways to explore the collaborative cultivation mode of engineering students’practical innovation ability.To explore“Internal Collaboration”,there are four aspects:firstly,collaborating professional internal.secondly,interacting different departments and disciplines.thirdly,collaborating modern instrumentation and experimental teaching.finaly,combining in-class and off-class science along with technology activities.By means of collaboration between industryuniversity-research base and production practice bases,collaboration between teacher research projects and teaching classrooms,introduction of enterprise equipment resources synergy,introduction of experts,and dual tutor system to achieve“External Collaboration”.So as to form a multi-directional,composite structure,and three-dimensional professional collaborative training mode.
