摘要
在社会发展的新形势下,我国高校教育面临着前所未有的发展机遇和日趋严峻的挑战。如何进行公平合理高效的教学质量评估,提升教学质量,已成为各个高校亟待需要解决的重要课题。从高校质量评价人员的角度切入,分析了现有的评价主体和存在的主要问题,提出了三种结合的评价主体模式,为进一步完善高校教学质量评价体系提供参考。
With the new development of economics and technologies,higher education in China is experiencing unprecedented opportunities and fierce challenges.How to carry out fair,valuable and efficient assessment of teaching quality has become increasingly significant.This paper,based on the existing evaluation subjects,analyzed current situation and found out main problems of evaluators.More importantly,three combined evaluation subjects’models are provided,which would be valuable for further improving the evaluation system of teaching quality in Chinese colleges and universities.
