基于校企合作育人视角下地方本科院校应用型人才培养策略

Research on the Applied talent training Strategy from the Perspective of Cooperation between College and Enterprise

随着经济形势的变化,社会各行各业对“应用型人才”的需求急剧增加。地方本科院校承担着为区域经济发展培养所需应用型人才的历史使命。现今大学毕业生就业压力大,通过校企合作,采取多样化人才培养模式,为学生创造更加广阔的就业前景和竞争实力,成为当前地方院校急需解决的问题。本研究基于校企合作育人视角,分析我国地方本科院校应用型人才培养的现状及问题,为我国地方本科院校培养应用型人才提供可借鉴的参考意见。

As the change of economy,the demand for“applied talents”in all walks of life has increased dramatically.Local colleges undertake the historical mission of cultivating the required applied talents for regional economic development.Nowadays,college graduates have great employment pressure.Through school-enterprise cooperation and adopting a diversified talent training model,creating a broader employment prospect and competitive strength for students has become an urgent problem for local colleges and universities.Based on the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation and education,this study analyzes the status quo and problems of applied talents training in local undergraduate colleges in China,and provides reference for the training of applied talents in local undergraduate colleges in China.
