谈谈中职班主任的“柔性”管理艺术

Talking about the Flexible Management Art of Class Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools

中职教育中合理的管理方式,是学生学习的关键因素,也是作为班主任应该具备的素质。实际班级管理中,采用合适的管理方式,不仅能够让学生学习到更多知识点,而且能引发学生学习的积极性,从而增强自身对于学生学习的信心。本文主要从中职班主任管理中的一些技巧,简要做下分析,并提出一些“柔性”管理策略,以供学习交流。

Reasonable management mode in secondary vocational education is the key factor of students’learning and the quality that a head teacher should possess.In the real class management,the appropriate management method can not only enable students to learn more knowledge,but also arouse students’enthusiasm for learning,so as to enhance their confidence in students’learning.This paper provides discussions and communications about the vocational school head teacher management skills,a brief analysis and putting forward some“flexible”management strategies.
