高校学生干部官僚化因网络的推动一度成为社会热点问题。本文笔者结合自身的工作经验,从学生组织体系、组织目标、组织沟通及个体因素等管理学角度对这一问题进行了多角度的分析。希望能够帮助高校和学生教育管理工作者在学生干部教育管理问题上提供一些思路和参考。

the bureaucracy of university student cadres has become a hot social issue because of the promotion of the network.In this paper,the author combines his own work experience,from the perspective of management,such as student organization system,organizational goals,organizational communication and individual factors,carries out a multi-angle analysis of this issue.I hope to help university and student education administrators to provide some ideas and references on the issue of student cadres’education management.
