摘要
OSCE又被称之为客观结构化考核,其在医学临床专业教学中被广泛应用。基于此考核模式的应用,自1975年提出至今已经43年,是比较客观的考核方法。通过综合反馈评价的方式,考核学生的技能掌握能力。基于OSCE成绩考核评价在教学管理中的应用,阐述了OSCE的概念,并结合具体案例,阐述了其在临床教学管理中的应用方法与策略,具有重要的借鉴价值。
OSCE,also known as objective structured assessment,is widely used in the teaching of medical clinical specialty.Based on the application of this assessment model,it has been43years since it was proposed in1975,which is a relatively objective assessment method.Through the comprehensive feedback evaluation method,the student’s skill acquisition ability.Based on the application of OSCE performance assessment in teaching management,this paper expounds the concept of OSCE and,combined with specific cases,elaborates its application methods and strategies in clinical teaching management,which has important reference value.
