浅谈职业院校校企合作教学双赢模式

On the Double-win Mode of School Enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Colleges

为贯彻全国教育大会精神,深化产教融合、探索校企合作项目建设机制,提高人才培养质量,更好地服务国家战略和区域经济社会发展,支撑企业提质增效,职业院校应该积极开展职业教育校企深度合作项目建设工作。本文通过浅谈校企合作双赢模式,进一步研究了校企合作可以提高学生就业率,促进师资队伍建设,丰富职业技能教学手段和教学方法,提出了订单培养、师资队伍建设、校企资源共享等建议。

In order to implement the spirit of the National Education Congress,deepen the integration of industry and education,explore the construction mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation projects,improve the quality of personnel training,support enterprisesto improve quality and efficiency,and occupations.Colleges and universities should actively carry out the project of deep cooperation invocational education.Through a brief discussion on the double-win mode of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper further studies thatschool-enterprise cooperation can improve the employment rate of students,promote the construction of teachers,enrich the teaching meansand methods of Vocational skills,and puts forward some suggestions such as order training,teacher team building and resource sharing betweenschools and enterprises.
