激励机制是管理体系中的重要组成部分之一,适用于各个领域进行管理。而高校的学生管理一直是教育教学中的重点问题,把激励机制合理的运用到高校的学生管理建设当中,可以促进学生和学校得到共同的发展。因此,本文就通过简要的分析高校学生管理激励机制的现状,提出一些相应的改进方式,从而建立一个可行有效的高校学生管理模式。
