京津冀协同发展背景下“双创型”人才培养模式探索

The Exploration of "Double-Creation" Talents Training Mode under the Background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development

高等教育要致力于培养既能适应经济社会发展、又能引领经济社会发展的高素质人才。在京津冀协同发展战略下,对河北省高校“双创型”人才培养提出了新要求。本文根据电气类“双创型”人才培养目标,基于河北省区域经济发展对教学模式和师资队伍培养方法进行了新探索。

The main task of higher education is to train high-quality talents who would adapt to economic and social development andlead economic and social.The new requirements for the"double-creation"talent training in universities of Hebei Province are necessaryunder the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei development.The new teaching mode and the training method of theteaching staff based on the regional economic development of Hebei Province is proposed in this paper.
