Discussion on Teaching Reform of Mechanical Product Inspection Based on Lean Manufacturing Process

对机械产品质量进行规范认证检验是精益制造中的重要环节。本文分析了目前传统测量实训中存在的问题,提出实训实验教学精益化的观点。从完善实训实验教学基础设施、完善实训实验教学的过程管理两个方面对机械产品检验教学改革进行了探索。

It is an important link in lean manufacturing to carry on the standard certification inspection to the mechanical product quality.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the traditional measurement training,this paper puts forward the viewpoint of lean training inexperimental teaching.This paper probes into the reform of the inspection teaching of mechanical products from two aspects,such as perfectingthe process management of the experimental.
