低频脉冲电磁疗对慢性紧张型头痛患者的疗效评价

Evaluation of the efficacy of low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field in patients with chronic tension type headache

[目的]观察低频脉冲电磁疗联合常规药物对慢性紧张型头痛患者的治疗效果。[方法]慢性紧张型头痛患者146例,随机分为A、B 2组,A组患者(n=73)接受常规非甾体抗炎药物和肌松药物治疗,B组患者(n=73)在常规药物治疗基础上应用低频脉冲电磁疗治疗,观察4周后头痛缓解程度和6月内平均每月发作的天数,头痛程度采用数字疼痛评分法(VAS评定)。[结果]2组患者经过治疗4周后头痛程度均有不同程度缓解,A组患者头痛缓解程度不如B组,6月内A组平均每月发作天数多于B组,差异均有统计学意义。[结论]低频脉冲电磁疗对慢性紧张型头痛患者有明显疗效。

〔Objective〕To investigate the efficacy of low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field(PEMFs)in treating chronic tension type headache(CTTH)to provide a reference basis for clinical treatment.〔Methods〕146senile patients with chronic tension type headache were randomly divided into two groups,group A and group B with73cases in each group.Group A was treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAID)along with muscle relaxants.Group B received the same previous treatments in addition to low frequency PEMFs.The degree of headache relief after4weeks was observed and the average number of days per month in a total of6months duration was used as a frequency indicator for the headache attacks.The degree of headache was assessed by Visual analogue scale(VAS)scoring system.〔Results〕Patients suffering chronic tension type headache after four weeks of treatment were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05).with the improvement noticed in group B being obviously better than that in group A(P<0.05).The frequency of attacks in group A was more than that in group B within6months(P<0.05).〔Conclusion〕PEMFs has significant efficacy on patients with CTTH.
