电化学方法乳液聚合甲基丙烯酸甲酯的制备和表征

摘要 电化学方法乳液聚合甲基丙烯酸甲酯是以铁片作为电极、过硫酸铵作为引发剂、十二烷基硫酸钠和OP-10为复合型乳化剂在室温下制备得到的.利用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析仪对所制得产物的结构进行研究,利用凝胶渗透色谱分析仪测定不同反应条件下产物的分子量大小和分子量分布.分析了引发剂用量、乳化剂用量、电流大小对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯分子量的影响.根据响应曲面法(response surface method, RSM)对反应制备条件进行了优化,最终得到电化学方法制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯优化条件如下:引发剂3 g,乳化剂4 g,电流0.2 A,反应时间8 h,温度30?C. With electrochemical polymerization method,polymethylmethacrylate was prepared with iron as electrode,ammonium persulfate as initiator and sodium dodecyl sulfate/OP-10as composite emulsifying agent.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)was used to study its structure.Gel permeation chromatography(GPC)was applied to determine distributions of the molecular size and weight.Effects of the initiator amount,emulsifier dosage and current magnitude on the molecular weight were studied.The preparation condition was optimized using the response surface method(RSM).The optimized preparation conditions of polymethylmethacrylate are as follows:initiator of3g,emulsifier of4g,and electricity current of0.2A,reaction temperature of30℃and reaction time of8h.
