摘要
研究了不同N含量对Fe-21Cr-3Ni-1Mo-N双相不锈钢凝固组织的影响,发现N含量对两相比例的影响非常显著.通过热力学分析发现, N含量的增加有利于奥氏体析出、长大和奥氏体比例的增加.通过对数据拟合分析发现,当N含量为1.545%时, Fe-21Cr-3Ni-1Mo-N双相不锈钢两相比例为1∶1, N元素的奥氏体化作用是Ni的30倍.
The effects of nitrogen content on the microstructure of Fe-21Cr-3Ni-1Mo-N duplex stainless steel(DSS)are studied.Increase of nitrogen increases the austenite volume fraction,and the effect of N content on the phase ratio is significant.With thermodynamic analysis,it is found that increase of N content is conducive to precipitation and growth of austenite.By fitting the data,it is found that the phase ratio of Fe-21Cr-3Ni-1Mo-N duplex stainless steel is1∶1when the content of N is1.545%.
