Analysis on Deformation of Guide Rail Embedded Jigs for Container Vessels by Ansys Software

使用Ansys Workbench软件对集装箱船导轨架预埋胎架进行有限元静力学分析,将计算结果与实际情况对比,验证计算假设条件及计算结果的正确性;分析胎架变形的原因,并采取对应措施进行改进。

Based on the field actual production situation,Ansys Workbench software is used to carry out finite element static analysis of some embedded jigs of guide rail for container ships.The calculation results are compared with the actual situation to verify the correctness of calculation assumptions and calculation results.The reason of deformation of the jig is analyzed and the improvement for it is made.
