摘要
焊接裂纹对船体结构强度和航行安全危害极大,其中船体焊缝延迟裂纹由于其隐蔽性难以发现,对船厂的质量控制要求更高。本文通过几个案例分析了船体焊缝延迟裂纹的产生原因,从焊缝拘束应力、敏感的微观组织和扩散氢含量三个方面提出了有效的预防措施,以减小延迟裂纹的发生概率。
Welding cracks are very harmful to hull structure strength and navigation safety and delayed cracks of hull welding seams are more difficult to be found due to their concealment,which requires higher quality control of shipyards.This paper analyzes the causes of delayed cracks of hull welding seams from various aspects through detailed cases,and puts forward effective preventive measures from three aspects of weld restraint stress,sensitive microstructure and diffused hydrogen content,which can effectively reduce the probability of delayed cracks through practical test.
