摘要 目的分析血尿酸水平在广西帕金森病患者中的改变特征。方法选取广西壮族自治区江滨医院诊断为帕金森病的患者141例,根据Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)分期,将帕金森病患者分为早、中、晚期组;并以我院同期保健科随机选取年龄、性别和体重匹配的141名健康体检人群为对照组,检测血尿酸。结果帕金森病组血尿酸水平显著低于对照组(P=0. 009),帕金森病组和对照组男女性血尿酸水平比较均无统计学差异(P> 0. 05);晚期帕金森病患者的血尿酸水平较早期(P=0. 001)、中期低(P <0. 001);帕金森病患者H-Y分期与血尿酸水平相比较有等级相关性(P=0. 001)。结论血尿酸水平是帕金森病患病的一个标记物,可作为帕金森病病程进展的一个生物标记物。 Objective To analyzed the clinical traits of blood uric acid levels in patients with Parkinson s disease(PD).Methods A total of141patients with PD and141health check-up controls from health care department,matched with age,sex and weight,were recruited in the present study.All Participants were from Jiangbin Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.According to Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)staging,PD patients were divided into early,middle and late stages.All participants received the detection of blood uric acid levels.Results Significantly lower serum uric acid levels were observed in PD patients compared with controls(P=0.009).There was no significant difference in blood uric acid levels between the PD group and the controls(P>0.05).The blood uric acid levels in patients with late stage PD were higher than that of early(P=0.001)and middle stage PD(P<0.001).There was an inverse correlation of serum uric acid levels with H-Y scales in PD patients(P=0.001).Conclusion Blood uric acid could be an important biomarker of PD and that the serum uric acid level could be a biomarker for the progression of PD.
