养老机构老年人抑郁与幸福度和生存质量的关系研究

Pension agency relationship with happiness and quality of life of the elderly depression

目的探讨养老机构老年人抑郁与幸福度和生存质量的关系,为更好地提高老年人的幸福度和生存质量提供依据。方法使用自评抑郁量表、纽芬兰大学幸福度量表和世界卫生组织生存质量量表简表对233例入住老年人进行调查分析。结果自评抑郁量表总分与生存质量量表的四个领域(生理、心理、社会、环境)得分、幸福度量表总分及其正性情感因子、正性体验因子得分均呈负相关(P <0. 01),与幸福度量表的负性情感、负性体验两个因子得分呈正相关(P <0. 01);不同抑郁程度的老年人幸福度量表得分、生存质量量表四个领域得分比较,差异具有非常显著性(P <0. 01)。结论抑郁情绪直接影响老年人的幸福感和生存质量,抑郁程度越高,幸福度越低、生存质量越差。

Objective To study the pension agency relationship with happiness and quality of life of the elderly depression,to better improve the quality of the old people s happiness and survival.Methods Using self rating depression scale,university of Newfoundland happiness scale and the world health organization quality of life scale profile in233cases in the elderly were investigated.Results The self rating depression scale score and quality of life scale of four areas(physical,psychological,social,environmental)score,happiness scale total score and positive emotional factors,positive experience factor score were negatively correlated(P<0.01),and the happiness scale of negative emotion,negative experience two factor score were positively correlated(P<0.01);The degree of depression of the elderly happiness scale score and quality of life scale score four areas,has a very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Depression directly affect the well-being of the elderly and the quality of survival,the higher the degree of depression,the lower the happiness,worse quality of life.
