枣核异物所致老年人肠道穿孔的MSCT诊断价值分析

The diagnosis value analysis of MSCT for intestinal perforation in the aged caused by date pit foreign bodies

目的探讨多排螺旋CT对枣核异物所致老年人肠道穿孔的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析于2014年1月至2018年6月在郑州大学附属郑州中心医院放射科行MSCT平扫检查,确诊枣核异物所致肠道穿孔老年患者的临床和影像资料12例,枣核异物的嵌顿部位、性质以及并发症均得到内镜及手术证实。结果 (1)异物嵌顿部位:小肠10例,结肠1例,直肠1例;(2)轴位图像异物的形态:梭形10枚,圆形1枚,椭圆形2枚;(3)异物内部结构:中空7枚,密实6枚;(4)并发症:肠梗阻3例。结论 MSCT对肠道枣核异物所致肠穿孔的诊断敏感且准确,为临床制定治疗方案有很大帮助。

Objective To explore the diagnosis value of MSCT for intestinal perforation in the aged caused by date pit foreign bodies.Methods The clinical and imaging data of12patients in the aged with diagnosis of intestinal perforation caused by date pit foreign bodies confirmed by MSCT were retrospectively analyzed.CT plain scans were performed for all the patients.The nature of the foreign bodies and related complications were confirmed by endoscopy and surgery.Results①The location of date pit foreign bodies:small intestine in10cases,colon in1cases,and rectum in the remaining1cases;②The shape of date pit foreign bodies on transverse images:spindle was seen in10cases,oval in2cases,and round in1cases;③Internal structure of the foreign bodies:hollow was shown in7cases,and dense in the rest of6cases;④Complications:intestinal obstruction in3cases.Conclusion It is a sensitive and accurate way to diagnose the intestinal perforation caused by date pit foreign bodies by MSCT.It is helpful in treatment decision making.
