金藤清痹颗粒治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated by Jinteng Qingqi Granule

目的研究金藤清痹颗粒治疗类风湿关节炎的实际疗效,探讨临床用药的安全性。方法选取在本院接受治疗的活动期类风湿关节炎患者,选取时间段为2017年4月至12月,病例数50例。通过随机数字法分组,平均分成对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组患者口服湿热痹颗粒,观察组口服金藤清痹颗粒。分析两组患者的治疗效果、症状体征改变情况以及不良反应情况。结果在用药8周之后,观察组患者的治疗有效率为92. 00%,对照组的治疗有效率为72. 00%,观察组显著优于对照组(P <0. 05),两组患者的TJC,SJC,休息痛以及握力情况均显著优于治疗前,同时治疗后观察组优于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后观察组患者的ESR显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),而CRP以及RF不存在组间统计学意义(P> 0. 05),两组不良反应情况无显著差异(P> 0. 05)。结论金藤清痹颗粒治疗类风湿关节炎效果较好,患者的症状体征和理化指标均获得显著改善,安全性较高。

Objective To study the actual therapeutic effect of Jintengqingqi Granule in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and to explore the safety of clinical drug use.Methods Patients with active rheumatoid arthritis treated in our hospital were selected from April2017to December2017.The number of cases was50cases.Grouped by random number method,divided into control group and observation group in25cases.The patients in the control group received oral moist heat granules,and the observation group received Oral Granules.The treatment effects,changes in symptoms and signs,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results After8weeks of treatment,the therapeutically effective rate was92.00%in the observation group and72.00%in the control group.The observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The TJC,SJC and rest of the two groups of patients The pain and grip strength were significantly better than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the ESR of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while CRP and RF did not have statistical significance(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Jinteng Qingqi granules for patients with rheumatoid arthritis is clinically effective.The symptoms,physical signs and physical and chemical indicators of patients have been significantly improved,and the safety is high.
