多层螺旋CT诊断急性胸腹部创伤的临床价值分析

The clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute chest and abdomen trauma

目的研究和分析多层螺旋CT诊断急性胸腹部创伤的临床价值。方法将2016年9月至2017年9月我院收治的55例急性胸腹部创伤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行多层螺旋CT与X射线诊断,观察和比较两种诊断结果。结果多层螺旋CT的诊断效果比X射线诊断的诊断效果好,数据差异显著,具有统计学意义,P <0. 05。采用多层螺旋CT诊断结果与病理符合率为100%,采用X射线诊断结果与病理符合率平均值为88. 09%。结论在急性胸腹部创伤患者诊断中,多层螺旋CT具备较高的性能,既提高了医生的工作效率,还为患者抢救争取了宝贵时间,并且图像清晰度高,使医生在分析患者病情时更加透彻,节省了医院的成本,有利于改善患者预后,所以多层螺旋CT诊断急性胸腹部创伤有重要的临床价值。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute chest and abdomen trauma.Methods55patients with acute thoraco-abdominal trauma admitted to our hospital from September2016to September2017were studied.All the patients were diagnosed with multi-slice spiral CT and X-ray,and the two diagnostic results were observed and compared.Results The diagnostic efficacy of multi-slice spiral CT was higher than that of X-ray diagnosis,with significant data difference and statistical significance,P<0.05.The coincidence rate between the diagnostic results and pathology using multi-slice spiral CT was100%,and the mean value of X-ray diagnosis and pathology was88.09%.Conclusion In the diagnosis of acute chest trauma patients,MDCT have high performance,fast speed,can not only improve the doctor s working efficiency,save for the precious time for patients,and high image resolution,make the doctor on the analysis of patients with more thorough,not only save the cost of the hospital,will also be able to rescue patients in time,improve the prognosis of patients,in order to avoid aggravation of patients,so the multilayer spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute chest trauma patients has important clinical value.
