摘要
步进式直线压电驱动器采用循环步进运动的方式不断积累位移,可实现较大行程输出,同时具有较大的输出驱动力、较高的定位精度,在现代医学、航空航天和精密加工等高科技领域具有良好的应用前景。文章介绍了当前步进式直线压电驱动器的运动原理,并根据运动原理对步进式直线压电驱动器进行了分类。详细介绍了各类步进式直线压电驱动器的研究现状,从原理上分析了不同类型驱动器的性能上的差异,指出了压电驱动器的发展趋势。
Stepping piezoelectric linear actuator continuously accumulates displacement by circulatory stepping motion,so it can achieve the ability of large displacement.At the same time,stepping piezoelectric linear actuator has large output force and high precision,it is widely used in modern medicine,aerospace,precision machining and other high-tech fields.The motion principle of stepping piezoelectric linear actuator was presented firstly.Then the stepping piezoelectric linear actuator was classified.The details of research in stepping piezoelectric linear actuator were presented.Then the performance differences of different types of stepping piezoelectric linear actuator were analyzed.Finally,the development trends of stepping piezoelectric linear actuators were discussed.
