如何培养出一批既有专业知识,又有创新能力,并能使专业知识和创新能力得到充分发挥的高素质综合人才,是高校教育工作者的一大挑战。通过分析传统实验教学存在的问题,在实验教学方式、实验课程体系、实验室开放制度、实验教学与学科建设或实验教学与科研一体化等方面提出一套新的改革思路和方法,提高电气类专业学生综合素质。

How to cultivate a group of high-quality comprehensive talents with both professional knowledge and innovative ability,and enable them to fully play their role is a major challenge for college educators.Through the analysis of the traditional experimental teaching mode,this paper summarizes a set of new reform methods and ideas in the experimental teaching style,the experimental course system,the laboratory opening system,the integration of experimental teaching and the discipline construction or experimental teaching and scientific research.
