手法结合电动牵引床药熏治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Manipulation Combined with Electric Traction Bed Fumigation in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的分析手法结合电动牵引床、药熏治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者50例为为对象进行研究,采用双盲随机法将其分为2组,各25例。采用手法结合电动牵引床、药熏治疗观察组,采用腰痛宁胶囊治疗对照组。比较两组治疗前后VAS评分以及临床效果。结果在VAS评分方面,治疗前观察组为(7.6±1.6)分,对照组为(7.5±1.5)分,两组比较差异不显著,且P>0.05,差异无统计学意义,而治疗后观察组为(2.1±0.3)分,对照组为(4.3±1.3)分,两组比较差异显著,且P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。在治疗有效率方面,观察组为92.0%(23/25)较对照组76.0%(19/25)显著较高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论手法结合电动牵引床、药熏治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果非常显著,既能有效减轻患者疼痛程度,又能改善其各种临床症状,因此值得临床应用推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of manipulation combined with electric traction bed and drug fumigation in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of50patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted and treated in our hospital from January2017to January2018were selected as subjects for the study.They were divided into2groups by double-blind random method,with25cases in each group.The observation group was treated with manipulation combined with electric traction bed and fumigation,and the control group was treated with lantong ning capsule.The VAS score and clinical effect before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of VAS score,the pre-treatment observation group was(7.6±1.6),and the control group was(7.5±1.5),the difference between the two groups was not significant,and P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.While the post-treatment observation group was(2.1±0.3),the control group was(4.3±1.3),the difference between the two groups was significant,and P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.In terms of treatment efficiency,the observation group was92.0%(23/25),significantly higher than the control group76.0%(19/25),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Manipulation combined with electric traction bed and fumigation has a very significant clinical effect in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,which can not only effectively reduce the pain degree of patients,but also improve their clinical symptoms,so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
