活血散瘀中药联合远红外线照射提高动静脉内瘘血流量的研究

Study on Improving Blood Flow of Arteriovenous Internal Fistula by Huoxue Dispersing Stasis Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Far Infrared Ray Irradiation

目的观察远红外线照射、活血散瘀药对提高动静脉内瘘血流量的有效性。方法取2016年9月至2018年2月期间81例建立动静脉内瘘(AVF)行血液透析者为研究对象,按治疗小组不同分组,对照组共 40例(采用远红外线照射)、观察组共41例(远红外线照射+活血散瘀中药),组间比较内瘘血流量、内径治疗前后变化,门诊随访半年记录并发症发生情况。结果治疗后观察组血流量、内径大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论远红外线照射、活血散瘀药配合治疗能有效提高AVF血流量,减少并发症发生。

Objective To observe the efficacy of far infrared irradiation and huoxue dispersing stasis drugs in improving the blood flow of arteriovenous internal fistula.Methods A total of81patients with arteriovenous internal fistula(AVF)who underwent hemodialysis between September2016and February2018were selected as the study subjects.According to different groups of treatment groups,they were divided into two groups,with40patients in the control group(with far infrared radiation)and41patients in the observation group(with far infrared radiation&huoxue powder and stasis).Blood flow and diameter of internal fistula were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and complications were recorded in outpatient follow-up for half a year.Results The blood flow and inner diameter of the observation group were larger than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Far infrared irradiation combined with huoxue dispersing stasis medicine can effectively improve AVF blood flow and reduce complications.
