护理干预对降低冠心病患者动态心电图伪差的影响评价

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Reduction of Pseudo-Poor Dynamic Electrocardiogram in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的本次实验将针对冠心病患者的心电图伪查问题进行分析,并通过护理干预环节了解影响的主要因素。方法本次实验选取了2017年1月至2017年12月在我院进行动态心电图检查的12170例冠心病患者为对象,从中选取了200例进行本次实验的探究。随机分为2个组别,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组则采用综合护理干预模式,并针对护理结果进行对比分析。结果观察组在动态心动图出现伪差的概率上较低(13%),对照组则相对较高(31%)。结论采用综合护理模式能够有效地改善动态心电图伪差的发生率,能够更好地为冠心病患者的治疗提供可借鉴的依据。

Objective To analyze the problem of ECG false check in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and to understand the main influencing factors through nursing intervention.Methods A total of12170patients with coronary heart disease were selected from January2017to December2017in our hospital.Two groups were randomly divided into two groups:the control group adopted the routine nursing model,the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention model,and the nursing results were compared and analyzed.Results in the observation group,the probability of false deviation in dynamic cardiogram was13%.Thecontrol group was relatively high(31%).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing model can effectively improve the incidence of false ECG and provide reference for the treatment of coronary heart disease patients.
