CT机检查时不同浓度造影剂在胃肠道肿瘤中的临床研究

Clinical Study of Different Concentrations of Contrast Agents in Gastrointestinal Tumors During CT Examination

目的对不同浓度造影剂在多层螺旋CT胃肠道肿瘤检查中的临床应用效果进行对比研究。方法选取我院2017年12月至2018年12月收治的300例实施多层螺旋CT扫描检查的胃肠道肿瘤疾病患者,随机分为三组,每组各100例,其中,A组为口服水患者,B组为口服2%泛影葡胺患者,C组为口服10%泛影葡胺患者,对三组患者的CT造影检查结果进行观察对比。结果对比显示,A组CT造影检查的诊断准确率为55%/55.0%,B组为70%/70.0%,C组为45%/45.0%,三组对比,B组患者的诊断准确率明显较高(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论口服低浓度造影剂对胃肠道肿瘤多层螺旋CT诊断准确率提升效果最为显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical application of different concentrations of contrast agents in the detection of gastrointestinal tumors by multi-slice spiral CT.Methods A total of300tumor patients treated with implementation of multislice CT scan of gastrointestinal in our hospital between December2017and December2018were selected.They were randomly divided into three groups,each group of100cases.Group A was the oral water patients,group B was the oral2%of patients with dipsamine,group C was the oral10%of patients with dipsamine.CT contrast examination results of the three groups were observed and compared.Results The comparison showed that the diagnostic accuracy of CT contrast examination in group A was55%/55.0%,that in group B was70%/70.0%,and that in group C was45%/45.0%.The comparison of the three groups showed that the diagnostic accuracy of patients in group B was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Oral low concentration contrast agent has the most significant effect on improving the diagnostic accuracy of MSCT in gastrointestinal tumors,which is worthy of clinical application.
