人性化优质护理干预在重症监护呼吸衰竭患者护理中的临床应用价值

Clinical Application Value of Humanized and High-Quality Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Patients with Respiratory Failure in Intensive Care

目的探讨人性化优质护理干预在重症监护呼吸衰竭患者护理中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年7月收治的呼吸衰竭患者70例为研究对象,比较两组患者护理前后的心理状态、血气指标、护理满意度。结果观察组患者的心理状态、血气指标及护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化优质护理应用于重症监护呼吸衰竭患者可提高患者的临床疗效,满足患者的心理需求,值得推荐。

Objective To explore the clinical value of humanistic and high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with respiratory failure in intensive care.Methods A total of70patients with respiratory failure admitted and treated in our hospital from January2017to July2018were selected as the research objects.The psychological state,blood gas index and nursing satisfaction of patients before and after nursing in the two groups were compared.Results The psychological state,blood gas index and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized and high-quality nursing in patients with respiratory failure in intensive care can improve the clinical efficacy of patients and meet the psychological needs of patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
