摘要
为了探讨子宫、卵巢形态的特征性改变与激素水平变化的相关性及其临床应用价值。随机入选符合临床及实验室诊断标准的卵巢早衰患者30例及正常育龄妇女30例,分别作为病例组及对照组,行阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,观察子宫大小、内膜厚度、卵巢结构特征、子宫动脉血流动力学参数,测定血中激素水平,观察卵巢早衰患者子宫动脉血流参数与激素水平之间的关系。两组的子宫大小、内膜、卵巢结构在二维声像图上的表现各具特征,POF组子宫大小、内膜厚度、卵巢大小、前后径与正常组子宫之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组血中激素水平有明显差异,POF组E2低于正常组、FSH高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查子宫与卵巢的大小形态,结构结合激素水平可为卵巢早衰的早期诊断提供可行的诊断途径及参数,具有一定的临床应用价值。
The purpose of this paper was to explore the correlation between characteristic changes of uterine and ovary morphology and hormone level changes and its clinical application value.Thirty patients with premature ovarian failure and30women of normal reproductive age who met the clinical and laboratory diagnostic criteria were randomly selected as the case group and the control group,respectively.Vaginal color doppler ultrasonography was performed to observe uterine size,endometrial thickness,ovarian structural characteristics and uterine arterial blood flow parameters.Then the blood hormone levels were measured and the relationship between uterine artery blood flow parameters and hormone levels was observed in patients with premature ovarian failure.The size of uterus,endometrium and ovary structure of the two groups had their own characteristics on two-dimensional sonogram.There were statistically significant differences in uterine size,endometrial thickness,ovary size and anteroposterior diameter between POF group and normal group(P<0.01).There were significant differences in blood hormone levels between the two groups.E2in POF group was lower than that in normal group,and FSH in FSH group was higher than that in normal group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound examination of the size and morphology of uterus and ovary,the combination of structure and hormone level can provide a feasible diagnostic approach and parameters for the early diagnosis of ovarian premature failure,which has certain clinical application value.
