摘要
目的研究探讨临床路径式教学法在日机装DBB-27C透析机治疗尿毒症护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2017年至2018年在本院血透室实习的50名护生为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规的教学方法,观察组采用临床路径式教学法,两组护生均实习4周,比较两组护生的综合成绩(理论,操作成绩)与教学满意度。结果观察组护生的综合成绩与教学满意度均高于对照组护生,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在日机装DBB-27C透析机治疗尿毒症患者护理带教中应用临床路径式教学,能够提高护生的护理能力,提高护理带教的效果。
Objective To study the effect of clinical pathway teaching method in treating uremia with DBB-27C dialysis machine.Methods A total of50nursing students who interned in the hemodialysis room of our hospital from2017to2018were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the clinical pathway teaching method.After4weeks of practice in both groups,the comprehensive scores(theoretical and operational scores)and teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the two groups were compared.Results The comprehensive scores and teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical path teaching in the treatment of uremia with DBB-27C dialysis machine can improve the nursing ability of nursing students and the effect of nursing education.
