预见性护理在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术中的临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Predictive Nursing in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的分析预见性护理在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术中的临床价值。方法选择2016年6月至2017年8月期间,我院外科收治的接受腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的80名急性胆囊炎患者,采用数字随机分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组各40名。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预见性护理。分析比较两组患者的护理满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者对医护人员的护理满意度显著高于对照组,并发症发生人数与发生率也明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用预见性护理可减少术后并发症发生率,患者对医护人员护理满意度较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of predictive nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods From June2016to August2017,a total of80patients with acute cholecystitis who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the Department of Surgery of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with40patients in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group and predictive nursing was used in the observation group.The nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the number and incidence of complications were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of predictive nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and patients have a high degree of nursing satisfaction with medical staff.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
